Hello,

I need some help in filing a first H1 with a company.

I know a company which is in business for 2+ years. The annual revenue of the company is approximately 95k-110k. This company expressed a interest in hiring me.

Can the company sponsor for a H1B visa with their revenue given above.

If the LCA is approved for 43k, then what are the chances for H1 approval.

I am an electrical engineer with MS from united states. The position company is going to file for me would be a software position. I do have the knowledge in that field.

Help is need in the filing process, as the company did not file H1 before.

It is a 2 employee company. Does the INS ask the company to seek a US citizen for the position.

Help appreciated. Kindly advise me.

Thanks

Sonia

You will be able to get the H1b. Make sure you hire a really good lawyer and it should not be a problem at all. The company should have the financials to pay you the salary which looks like it does. I know of a case where a company which did not have any revenue just pure funding got an H1B approval.

Can any one tell me some more information about the filing process.

What all is needed when submitting H1 to INS.

Please reply !!!

Seek an immigration lawyer, preferable one that is near your employer.

I got my H1B in less than 1 month back in 1999.

Just get a competent immigration lawyer.

He will give you more details on what documentation is required, etc.

He will also file your LCA etc.

All you have to do after giving him the information is to sit at home and wait for the good news.
