I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with sponsoring their spouse for a green card while living in Canada, or another country... My husband and I have been living and working in Canada for 2.5 years. I sponsored him into Canada; he is a US citizen. We are now looking at moving back to the USA. I was just wondering if it's possible for him to sponsor me for a green card while we are living here? Or do we need to move there before we submit paperwork?
