Sponsoring Parent's visit while in AOS; Ginnu, Gurus please help

Hi All,

My I-485 has been pending for close to two years now and I am working using EAD. I plan to file AC-21 at my interview. I plan to get my parents and In-laws to USA for a few months visit. One of the documents that I need to provide the embassy back home is a document outlining my immigration status here. Since I no longer have a H1 and I don't have the Green Card yet, what document can I use. Can somebody in my situation send an I-134 (affidavit of support) for parents, if so what status do I claim for myself, what documents do I need to send ?

I will put this post in the EAD thread for EAD experts to chip in too.

As your immigration status is AOS you need to attach your I-485 receipt to show your status. In addition, you can attach a copy of your EAD card, just to prove that you are working on EAD card.
