Sponsoring parents for Visitor's visa while on EAD

Has anyone sponsored their parents the visitor's visa while being on EAD (NO H1). and Pending 485 ?? Did they get it ??

I have heard of some cases where the parents got rejected when they went for an interview as consulate thinks of 485 pending as a intermediate state :(

No it shouldn't be rejected because your status is AOS. Many of my friends have brought their parents to the US when they were working on EAD.
 
I sponsored for my parents and they got 10 year valid stamp in their passport. No any problem. They attached all the documents including the property details of my parents, which makes to decide that they will come back.
I did not have H1 at that time. I sent photocopy of my EAD (both sides).

I was also wondering if I can sponor my husband's parents for visitor's visa since I hv my GC already while his is pending. Do you think that can help ? or will it create more problem ?

Better that he sponsor his own parents.

The only drawback would be that they won't get a 10 year visa, but they will definitely get some visa.

I just did it last week, they got it for 10 years multiple entry. it all depends on how well u organise ur papers.
