Sponsoring Parents ... Can I sponsor sibling along?

I started processing GC for my parents last year, and currently their petition is with National Visa Center. I have a brother who is not married and currently lives with my parents in India. Will I be able to sponsor GC for my brother along with my parents?

Yes and no.

Yes, you can file an I-130 for him.

But No, he will not be able to come as their dependent... and have to wait several years more than they will...

The parents petition is for parents only. Siblings would be an entirely separate case with a 10-20 year waiting period.
