Sponsoring my wife for GC through a convenience store I own

Hello,

I am on H-1B and own a C-Corporation Convenience Store. I don't get paid from the corporation and have 2 employees who manage the store.

I was wondering if it would be possible to sponsor my wife as a future employee (Manager) at the store and apply for her green card.

Will my owning the store create any problems ? I have partner with GC as a director in the corporation.
