sponsoring my disabled brother

Hello All

I am canadian citizen. I want to sponsor my brother. The issue is that is about fifty and for the last 34 years he does not have control on his legs from waist down. Its not that he is crippled, he is very much helathy and his legs are healthy but can not walk without support...He lives with my mother who is old herself. What, if there is, way or procedure to get him here?

Sorry, not a chance for sponsorship. He would have to apply on his own as a skilled worker and would have to pass the medical.
