My wife is sponsoring my mother in law to come to the US. the process is moving along just fine and the petition was approved and we're just waiting for the interview. She then suffered a stroke and her right side of the body is now weak/paralyzed. Its been two weeks since she's out of the hospital and she's gradually improving. she's still disabled on her right side, but her speech isnt slurred anymore.
Her interview appointment just came up and she's scheduled for interview in 3 weeks (Feb 6).
We're concerened about her passing her medical exam and her interview. Would they deny her visa for a greencard because of her disability?
She's based in the Philippines.
