Hi,

My lawyer, he applied the PERM application for me (EB2) on 24-AUG-2005

My employer, he got the mail from DOL for answering the "sponsoring" - link of questionnaire, but, he was in vacation, we can able to access the link only 7 days.

Now, it got sponsoring questionnaire link got expired. what is the next procedure, now my case status is In Process/Progress ... Please update me asap.

My employer got sponsorsing mail, but, he was in vacation, we didn't reply immediately, what is the procedure to followup, please give some idea asap.
 
They will call you..

Zoomdoom,

You will have 7 days to respond to their email. Failure to respond promptly to these questions will result in a phone call from Department of Labor (DOL) on which a DOL representative will ask the questions. If DOL can’t reach you by phone, they will not process the application.

re-request the sponsoring mail from dol ?!!!

My employer, he has paln to send mail to DOL and request them to resend the link/questionary again. Is it good idea or do i need to re-submit the application.

I am not sure if they will resend the link/email. They will call you.

You do not need to resubmit the application.

If they cant reach you by phone they will not process it..may be then you can resubmit it..but talk to you lawyer about it..

Thanks araj, You are right. Lawyer, he said the same thing. We are waitting for phone call, in the mean time, we send mail to DOL, if i get any update, i will update here. thanks
 
Its been 2 weeks since filing with no email

My petition was filed on 8/22 in Chicago. Till date no email / call has been received. Lawyer called DOL was told it may take several weeks before a Questionaire is sent.

When does a CASE number get assigned? Immidiatly after submission or along with the sponsorship email?

Anybody in similar situation?
