I recently became a US citizen and my husband is already in the US on V visa because I has sponsored him for a green card when I was a green card holder myself.
His priority date should now be current because of my citizenship. So we need to file the I-485 for adjustment of status with the Cherry Hill field office. What other forms do we need to file concurrently - like G-325A, I-864, I-765.
Do we also need to file I-693 even though he already had the same fingerprinting and medical exam for the V visa?
Do we also need to file I-131 for advance parole with the I-485?
Do we also need to file I-864A because I am a homemaker and he is working? Can he sponsor himself in the I-864 or do we need a relative because I don't have any income of my own? He has already worked several years in the US first on H-1 and then V visa work permit.
How long would it take to get his green card? His V visa expires in December but his priority date based on the original I-130 would not be current until the middle of next year.
