These forums have been a great help when I filed for my GC, citizenship etc. and now I am here once again seeking help for sponsoring my parents. Here are my questions:
1. Their i-94 expires on the 4th of August. I will be filing for them in the 1st week of July. Once I file and have the postal receipt are they good and can continue staying here or do I need to have a Notice of Action from the USCIS for the application?
2. Do I have to submit copies of all pages of my & my parents passports?
3. Can I file both of the applications(Mom's & Dad's) in the same USPS package or do they need to be separate packages?
4. Can I combine the Biometric fee with the i-485 fee and write 1 check or do they have to be separate checks?
5. Here are the list of documents I have so far. Is this sufficient or am I missing anything?
