I am little confused about the term "sponsoring employer". Is it the compnay who filed I-140/I-485 or the one who didn't file I-140 but took care of the AC21 and the employer when the GC got approved?
I stayed with the company who filed my I-140/I485 for 6 months and worked for few other companies before I got a RFE on my I-485. Filed AC21 as a response to the RFE and got the GC. But before getting the GC I had to change the company who had filed the AC21.
Will there be any impact on N-400?
