sponsoring brother of usc

Hello all,
I am a USC and i want to file I 130 for my bro and his wife back home. I know it takes long time like around 10 yrs. My brother's wife's bro is also a USC , my question is what happens if her brother files I 130 for her and at the same time I file I 130 for my brother including her name? in this case her name will be included twice. Is there any problem with that?

There is no problem with that. A lot of people do that... after all a lot can happen in a decade (death of petitioner etc etc)
My sister had 2 concurrent petitions... one through my mother, and one through my father. I have a friend who was concurrently sponsored through her USC brother, and gc holder mother. They both successfully got their gc's.
 
It's OK to have multiple petitions filed by different people, and then take up the first one that becomes "ripe" for the final stage.
