Sponsoring brother for immigration without Birth Certificate !!!

I am a US citizen since 2003. And now I want to sponsor my brother for immigration to US. To apply I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, one of the document required is birth certificate showing that me and my brother have common parents. I do not have birth certificate, since my birth was not registered originally. Also, I do not have SSLC book, since it was never issued.How do I establish relation between myself and my brother?

Any help is appreciated.

Reg. you,I am not sure how you got GC/Citizenship with out having submitted Birth related documentation/proof to CIS.

Regarding myself, I submitted my "no birth certificate" from municipality and a affidavit from my mother. But I am not sure whether I can do the same while applying for my brother petition.
