Sponsoring agency's NOL????

Hey Friends,

I have applied my case for j1 waiver on NOL from my home country.

Is there i need to also submit NOL from my US sponsoring agency??? OR from my employer?? Is this necessary, compulsory??? If i submit from sponsoring agency OR Employer, It would make a sense for them????

What is letter of representation??? Is this important?? what this document excastly is??

Please advise me...

thing was happened, i did request for letter to my sponsoring agency, but i didnt get any letter from my sponsoring agency. and without that i applied for waiver.


so dont worry. its ok if u have the letter. i got my waiver already.
