My father is an american citizen and my mother is an american permanent resident. My father has been planning to bring his adult sister and her family to the United States from China (she is married and has 2 children and has never traveled to the U.S.A). My mother doesn't want them to immigrate to U.S.A because supporting them for 10 years will be a heavy economic burden. I heard that all household members have to sign to agree to bring a new family member. Is this true?
