Sponsoring a brother if I am not the petitioner. Please help me.

My mom who is a permanent resident is the petitioner of my brother (under 21 years old). She does not work. she lives with me and my family here in the USA. my brother case was approved by USCIS, and we already paid the affidavit of support fee. Now, she have to fill the affidavit of support but she does not have any income. I am a USA citizen. Can I sponsor my brother? if yes, how this process work? how my brother cas can be affected?

OP, your mother has to fill out and sign I-864 no matter what the income is. You will fill out I-864a.
Make sure you mother doesn't put everyone in the family as her dependent. Just herself, your dad (if he is still married to her regardless of where he lives), your brother and you.
