Hi,
I am a green card holder and I just recently sponsored my sister in law for her F1 visa. She managed to get the F1 visa and she is in USA now. Now she changed her mind and decide that she doesn't want to go to school. She prefer to work here illegaly. The International Student officer told her that they will cancel I-20 of drop out International student by end of this month including her if she is not starting to choose class and pay.
Here are my question :
1. If she really drop out and leave the country before I-20 cancel, will this jeopardize her chance to apply F1 visa again in the future ?
2. As a sponsor, will I get trouble or diffculty if I want to sponsor some one else or extend my parent tourist visa in the future or apply for USA citizenship ?
Thanks in advance
Gugu
