Sponsor Visitor VISA for Dutch PR holder

Hi,

Anybody know whether we can sponsor visitor visa for an Indian living in Netherlands who has PR card? I know Dutch nationals doesn't need to have VISA to enter US for visiting. But didn't get much information if they have PR (EU card) card?

You do not sponsor a Visitor, but having PR status in Holland will allow them to apply at the Dutch US Consulate for a B2.
