If the Sponsor of a I-864 is receiving Supplement Social secuiry income can that be a factor for disqualifying the I-130.
The sponsor is 65 years old
Also, there is ajoint sponsor that is filing a i-864

as long as the joint sponsor meets the minimum income

you should be ok.

when you have a joint sponsor they immediately ignore the first sponsor and look at the joint sponsor to see if they are qualified.
