I just got married to a U.S citizen. He is not working at the moment. I am in the process of filing my papers. I am now trying to find someone to co-sponsor me.
1. Will the INS accept a co-sponsor if my husband is not working at all?
2. I am currently working using OPT. Will this count?
3. Can the co-sponsor be a permanent resident or does one have to be a citizen?
