Sponsor Parents for GC - Timing Question

I am currently a GC holders and will be eligible to file for Citizenship in June (4yrs, 9mths). I would like to sponser my parents for a GC. My question is... Can I file for my parents at the same time or do I need to wait until I am a citizen?

You can file GC for your parents after you get your naturalization certificate. You are not eligible before that.
