We just married in Nov 2016. My husband is a Canadian citizen but we both decided to live in USA. I never worked and have 3 dependent kids with me. Our family is living on Survival social security money from my previous husband passing away. I do not have anyone to co-sponsor for financial support. Can I still apply for my current husband. I do know that after his arrival, he will not be a burden for USA because he is an accountant in Canada. Please help, how I can proceed.

You as the sponsor will need to meet minimum income requirements.

Does he have a job here? Is he in commuting distance to his job? If not, his job in Canada is irrelevant, and he will be a burden for not having a job here.

You will need to review the USCIS website for appying for a marriage based green card.
