My mom has an interview date of 10th March. I was living at a different address (in the same city though) when she took appointement via VFS and hence she mentioned my old address in the visa application form. I moved recently (in the same city) and all the sponsor documents that I have sent to my mom has my new address. Could someboby please let me know if this creates a problem? Do I need to send any additional document supporting that I have recently moved?

You can go online and change the address in the application form and take a new printout with the new address. You can not change crucial details like passport number, name, dob etc, but you can change the address in the form.
If this is not possible (due to lack of time and resources), just have your mom tell the visa officer that you have recently moved - only if the officer asks this question.
