Sponsering wife to US

I am an US citizen. I got married to a Canadian PR card holder last month. Marriage happened in India. She is now back in Canada. What is the best way for her to migrate to the US? One option I am considering is to apply for a K3 visa. She does have a valid visiting visa which she obtained prior to our meeting. My question is that can she visit me here and apply for a change of status? Appreciate your advice.

Since she's not in the US you first have to file form I-130 for her and you can ask for a K3 visa as you said. She cannot enter the US to visit you and then change her status because she has a non-immigrant visa which means that she has no intent to stay here. It's not gonna look good for you two if she does that, it's better to wait for the K3 visa.

i agree with payala. that will be ur best option. cuz if she comes in with her non immigrant visa and try to adjust it because u guyz are married will looks like she intentionally comes to stay here,
