Hello,

What every man fears. Met a wonderful woman from Moscow and married her. We just have completed our removal of conditional residancy and she recieved her permanant resident green card 1 month ago. She has told me that she has been having an affair for the last 6 months and wants to leave me. Is there anything I can do to revoke her green card? If so what do I do? If not should I let the USCIS know about this?

what a sad news...

I have seen many cases with Russian Girls. They are just for Green Card after that men are thrown out... Few of my friends dated for years and got married from Russia but the ending was very sad...

You could send a letter to USCIS explaining the situation and providing any documentation. If she committed fraud, they (not you) could revoke her Green Card if THEY choose to do so. All you can do is provide the facts if you wish.
