Sponser Visitor Visa on EAD

Hi,
I am planing to call my parents to visit me. I am working on EAD.
I am sending copies of EAD & I-485 receipt notice along with bank statements, employment latter. Is anything else required ? Immihelp.com site says I need to send my original birth certificate. Not sure about that. My parents will be going to mumbai consulate. They came to US once. Now they have to go for visa again as they got only six months visa the first time. Is getting visa the second time is easy ?

Apart from that you need to submit notarized I-134 form, recent tax return papers, pay stub, w2-form, Your formal letter to your parents inviting them for so and so....copy of your SSN, copy of your passport. for now this much in my mind.
