My husband requested from IRS his tax return copy for the past 3 years. We received from them only year 2003 and 2002, and said that he did not file 2001. My question is should he wait for his w-2 for 2004, file a return and include that year in his affidavit of support? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I think including 2004 tax return will be a good idea if you don't have any emergancy to file.
