Sponser spouse

Hi list,
I recently got married in India, I am a US citizen. What forms do I need to submit to sponser my spouse and her daughter?, is it I-129F of I-130?.
Previously it used to be I-130 but it looks like it changed since October 06, Please let me know ASAP.
