Hi list,
I am a US citizen, I am planning to marry next month and I have the following situation:
My fiance has a 6 year old daughter and she has 10 year multiple B1 visa. After marriage I want to bring her here on B1 visa then apply for her GC, is it possible?. I have to sponsor both my fiance and her daughter, which application do I need to file?.

The B-1 visa does not allow dual intent, so your fiance/new wife may well run into trouble at the PoE.

Might be a good idea to seek professional advice so you don't run into problems later by doing something dodgy now.
