Hello Friends.
First time poster under Family Based GC. I got naturalized in October and have be mulling whether to file GC for my mother or not. Finally decided to do it. So here are my questions.
1. I guess step 1 is to file 130 and send it to the address provided on the intructions.
2. Then what will be next steps?
3. I think she will have to go to Chennai (india) to get her GC via Consular Processing.
Please let me know where I can find step by step process that I would be following.
