My GC interview (base on marrige) coming up in March. My husband was my sponser as he met the income requirement last year.
The problem is he might lost his job by the time of interview (might be able to get unemployment benefit), do we need a co-sponser? My mother in-law can help us as a co-sponser, but she is 70 years old, is that a problem? Should we just fill out a new I-864 that include the co-sponser and bring it in by the time of interview?
