My wife spoken with IIO today morning around 8:30. IIO told our case are under review. Our FPs are expiring in next week. Good to know that our cases are assigned.

Did the IIO give any timeline? I was told by an IIO last Friday that my case has been assigned and that it might take 30-45 days :rolleyes:

We didn't ask

We thought it is useless to ask how many days it is going to take. All the we get standard answer back as you know.
 
I just tried the VSC number (for the heck of it) and it seems that it has been truly disconnected now. The recording informs you of the new national 1-800 number.

Hi Which Phone no# you called today?

I called 800 375 5283 to get the information. But She didn't given me any info. like assinged to an officer or etc....

I don't know how i can get more info...

I would appreciate if you give the phone number to call..

it is the same old VSC number----802-527-4913

got the connection within 5 min and IIO came on the line within 5-10min...
