Spoke with Congressman's office about my case

She told me that they have information that my case file is with an adjudicator . Will take 45-60 more days.
Anyone with similar experience, please share your views.

My I485 Details
RD...... 3/21/02 & ND...... 04/09/02
FP1..... 08/11/2004 . FP has cleared.

Currently on 3rd AP and 3rd EAD

Initiated inquiry in Jul 2004 with USCIS . Recieved standard reply on Aug 13, 2004 .. Case is pending service center consideration, it will take 60-90 more days.

Had Contacted congressman around last week of July. They have told me that case file is with an adjudicator . Will take 45-60 more days.

Have sent two faxes and left vmail 3 times with FBI in last 60 days. No clue about name check. Still waiting ..

someone in same boat please share your experience.

My experience

Received Letter 7-03 case with adjudicator, enquiry revealed name check-- completed august 2004. Case according to visit to Vermont with Adjuducator
since 8-30 no news, H1b extension instead got renewed,
Congressperson confirmed but could not give deadline this time.

Derivative case was told after case enquiryin mAy 04 case with adjudicator
and hear in 30-60 days No reply nothing.

In summary if works out that is okay otherwise some chec is pending!
