THE LADY SAID YOU NEED TO CALL THE NATIONAL CENTER AND GET A REFERRAL


THEN I SAID YES I GOT IT

SHE SAID THEN YOU NEED TO ASK THEM TO SEND US THE REFERRAL


SHE MADE UP REFERRAL TERM

ITS THE SAME LADY ABOUT WHOM PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING

I DONT KNOW WHAT ON THE EARTH IS THIS REFERRAL

FINALLY SHE TOLD ME SIR, DONT BOTHER US, DONT DO ALL THIS YOU GUYS PLEASE DONT DO THIS TO US

I think she meant a service inquiry/request initiated by customer service rep. then TSC will response to those inquiry by mail.

I also called yesterday and had no luck with IO, but today she was just too nice and friendly and answered all my question, so don't give up...keep trying

I know...it's a pain...but what to do.....that's the only fast way to get at least some few information..(sometimes)
