Spoke to VSC IIO yesterday

Hi folks,

I spoke an IIO at VSC yesterday(Sept 06) and asked her for an approximate date
for my I485 approval. She said 3-5 weeks. Is that a standard answer or is there an
iota of truth in what she said ?

I talked to an IIO today due to my EAD that mailed to a wrong address, and got returned. I also asked her about the I-485 processing time. She told me they are processing August 99 and all previous ND Applications. So you maybe get approved in 3-5 weeks.

We should record our conversations with IIO\'s and play them to the INS director or the local politicians.

I am afraid there is no other way to put this - The IIO\'s are giving us false information. In plain English, they are lying.

I have called VSC and spoken to an IIO 3 times over the past 2 months and I have been told I will hear something in 2 weeks. If this is not playing with the "truth", what is?

If I sound frustrated and angry, the reason is - I AM!!!
