Spoke to VSC IIO (6/16/00 @ 11.45EST)

My wife just got off the phone with VSC IIO, the IIO was polite and mentioned our case is in the shelf(I don\'t know what that means) and it will take around six weeks. If we don\'t hear anything in two months, then he suggested we should call VSC. In addition, he also mentioned they didn\'t process a single case from 8/99 to 2/00, that\'s full six months loss. The reason for the hold is, VSC had a job transfer of a very senior official, who is related to I-485 cases.

My case details, EB-2(NIW Employee sponsored), PD 7/18/97, RD 1/7/99, ND 1/15/99, Ist FP 5/25/99(redo because the prints aren\'t clear), IInd FP 8/12/99 and FBI approved 9/30/99.

Extremely frustrated of the wait, eleven years in US, still a non-immigrant.

No Title

TOUCHE (OR how ever it is spelled) brother. I have been in this country for 11 years and it is even embarassing when people assume that you have your US citizenship. Anyway, life is not always fair. I am on the verge of a very big break in my life and I am just praying that this GC thing does not screw that up.
