Spoke to TSC IO

I just spoke to a TSC IO.. very nice lady...told me my wifes name check was clear and mine is still pending... Is that Unusual ??

I got same answer but from infopass

I got same answer but fro Infopass. Two days back I had an appointment with local IO. he said my name check is pending but my wife NC is clear. I think information from Local IO (through InfoPass) is right.

So what is our next step.
