Guys,
I just got off the phone with a really rude and sleepy IO.

I had a response for my SR yesterday saying that my case is within current processing times (my a** cuz my RD is 6/1/2004). So when I explained my confusion to this lady she first told me to go check their website…yeah right!
When I insisted, she asked me for my receipt number. Even before I could finish (as sson as she heard EAC…), she interrupted me and said, “we have pending cases from Texas Service center. We will not process Vermont cases until we are done with Texas cases..”


Is that true, guys/gals? If true, what kind of bulls*** is that?


Please comment.
 
Just spoke to TSC, she didnt even answer my questions, she is so rude, i tried after half hour, same lady came once again
bad luck for me today

mine is original TX filer, but dont know what she's telling is correct or not

I just had a talk probably with same one. Our FP is old for almost 20 months but she insisted that if it is expired it will be auto- produce from ASC even I told her again that it was done 20 months ago.
 
BTW- All along- up until the SR response- I have been told both by the TSC IO biyatches and Infopass baaaastards that my name check had been pending. Even the Congressman said the same. Now this :-(

reg NC they will give different answers from different IO's
better go senators or Ombudsman they will help u
if its really NC is pending then go for FL..
