Spoke to TCS today--NC/BC cleared

I spoke to an IO at TCS and when i asked her about the status of my I-485---she initially told me that 'no visa numbers are available for India under my category'.
I told her that I have 2 approved I-140's (EB2-NIW and EB1)--she checked again and put me on hold for 10 minutes.

She then told me that my case is being transferred to a supervisor, who will send it to an IO. She said that all NC/BC/FP etc is cleared.

Does this mean that they didnt tie the 485 with my EB1 all along?????????

When I had called, they said NC/BC/FP cleared...waiting to be alloted to an officer..guess wait on? or do something proactive?

In my impression, if your NC/BC is cleared, you shouldn't be too far away from card production. Once your case is processed by an officer, you shall get your approval notice in couple of months (if the visa number if available of course). Keep us informed.
