spoke to RIO - 10/27/03

Hi Guys,

Just spoke to RIO(Tier-2) and told him the case history and so on. First he said he'll generate an inquiry and i said that i already did that over a month ago and there's no response. Then, he said he'll generate a Referral request where some one personally follows up on your case. Then he checked the system and said that the case is within the processing time since as of 10/15/03 they are working on cases on or before 1/15/02 and mine has an RD of 1/22/02.

Reg. the BCIS is processing the cases on or before 1/15/02 : This may be an escapism of asking an applicant's RD and subtract a week before and inform them that they are working on those cases. You may be correct with that abbreviation(RIO) .
