Spoke to NSC

I called NSC today
Told abt my case the lady told everyhting is cleared
and also they have recieved my 2FP recently , which I gave this week.
But waiting for an officer to review for final decision .
I asked how long it will take by Officer to review she
said my be 30 days.

What does it mean ..?
Is there any chance for approval soon....?

How do you call NSC? I just called the National customer service number and got absolutely no information. Not even if my address change has taken effect.
