Spoke to NSC IIO on 2/21/01

My particulars: EB3, PD-5/97, RD-10/1/99, ND-10/18/99, FP - 12/00

Spoke to an IIO. She said a couple of interesting things:

1. The 485 RD is the one that matters, not the ND.
2. They are currently processing 8/99 RD.

Of course the above information is in contradiction with other data available here. So go figure!

Anywho....one of these years.....baby.... one of these years!

I think the receipt date sounds more logical. I have seen postings with later Receipt Date and earlier Notice Dates. I mean it does not follow a chronological sequence. Some people have receipt/notice dates in the same week, while some others have a month apart. Anyway, these do not matter anyway. It is taking about 470 days and nothing is going to change if it took 15-20 more days.
