Spoke to my Lawer Today ....got Odd reply

Just now I spoke my lawer\'s sub-ordinate to find out the status of my 485, She told that it will take another ONE YEAR atleat. I don\'t understand what the hell she is talking. Is that really true. Please help.

My details are EB3 INDIA, PD Jan 96, RD/ND Feb 99, FP June 18th 99.
First EAD in Feb 99, Second in Feb 00.

If what your lawyer says is true, I have this nasty feeling that the quota for this year for India EB3 is OVER! >:-(

Your lawyer sucks!!! I have just called my lawyer. He said that he received two approvals for Jan RD/ND 1999/EB2.

My RD/ND March, 1999. He also mentioned that I would call him on 5th July,1999 to check the status.

If the quota is over it should reflect in the PDs; Otherwise quota over has no meaning.

If quota is over between visa bulletins, it will reflect in the coming bulletin. So next month\'s Visa numbers are really important .......
