Hello Folks,
Spoke to IIO at 3:45 PM. In one word, Same Old message.
Processing upto 9/15..
Whether its assigned to an officer or not? "I cannot tell you that... " - all those kind of message.
When i asked her about renewal, she said in 2 to 3 weeks, if you dont hear any thing from us, then apply EAD for renewal. Now a days EAD takes 45 days to process.
I am literally frustrated..........
She also clearly mentioned.. once EAD application mailed to INS, they can't return the check. That means money is gone. "Thats the risk you have to take" she said.
