I just spoke to a very unfriendly IIO.. I called to get a duplicate receipt notice for my 485 , my lawyer filer in Mar '02. And lawyer says they didn't receive the notice , it got lost in mail.
so he looked at my case by my EAC ( lawyer have from cancelled check), your case is pending.. looking at the speed you won't hear anything till jun( just his guess) then I asked about never receiving receipt notice, he said , there is nothing i can do. I don't have ability to generate duplicate notice. Then I gave him 2 min lecture, my lawyer asked me to get notice to be legally remain in status and ....
he got pissed off and said BTW what is yout address we will send you one.. and I started telling him address and I wasn't finished even and guess what he HUNG UP..
