After repeated attempts, I was able to speak to the IIO (about 1:30 EST) - reason was to make sure that my mailing address was updated.
After I gave him my current address, he said it was and then said that you should hear in 60 days. I asked him if he could check my wife's address update and he asked me if she was with me. When I said "no" he said that in all likelihood, if the address change request was sent together, her's would be changed too.
Anyway, I asked him about the 60 days and he said "that's what it says". I forgot to ask him whether it was assigned but I guess it has not yet been.
I closed the call - and now I am going to hang on....
