Now my questions to ciba & folks.
1>Is that normal to not give some elses status ie the IIO did not give me my wifes ead,ap and 485 status she wanted her to call directly?
2>Since she asked my A number before giving status on my FP, does that mean my FP is still in system #2 and has not moved to System #1?
3>Since she said they are working on jan 26 cases how reliable is that info??

Which telephone number did you call? I have been trying to call (949) 831 8427 the whole day today, but unsuccessfully.

Usually, I can connect to that number after 6 pm, but then the only choice is the AVM.

Normally, they give wife info. But may be you got through a Special IIO!!!
