Spoke to an IIO last week... she gave the same standard reply.."we are doing 6/99 cases" ...even though we all know cases as late as 2/00 have been approved. AVR says 240-365 ...

I talked to a female IIO this morning, my case is ID 7/97, ND 04/18/00, EB3/China SRC00147xxxxxx, the IIO told me that my file
is still in the workstation and it should wait another 8 month to process my file. I asked her why I saw lot of approval for ND
around 02/2000. She told me that there are some emergency reasons that they got approval. I asked her to give me
some specification about it and she refused to do so. She is native American and she is nice but she does not tell you
any useful information. I waited for almost 1 hour before she pick it up.
