ND:23 March 2000
 I spoke to an immigration officer this morning. Told her that people with ND: May 2000 are getting finger print notice . She said I will have to wait another 6-8 months for my finger print notice as dates for India and China are regressing.Didnt make sense to me. Any opinions?

The IIO must have been talking out the A$$..... bunch of ignorant idiots, anyway, the regression or progression of priority dates are controlled by the DOS, instead of these INS morons. so there is no such possibility, with 1999-2000 wasted visa numbers available as a pool, as well as the quarterly review of unused numbers being allotted to applicants from backlogged countries like India and China.
